KB Ready is a research-led project studying the repeated launch QA work that agencies and consultants still do by hand before AI support bots go live.

This page explains what information KB Ready collects through the website and survey, how it is used, and how to request access or deletion.

What we collect

KB Ready may collect:

  • survey answers
  • work email address
  • company or agency name
  • referral or campaign details attached to a link
  • basic website analytics, if enabled by the site

You should not submit confidential client documents, knowledge-base exports, credentials, or other sensitive materials through the survey or general website forms.

Why we collect it

KB Ready uses this information to:

  • understand whether the workflow problem is real and repeated
  • identify whether a respondent fits the intended agency or consultant audience
  • follow up if someone asks for a sample pack, pilot updates, or a reply
  • review which outreach channels are producing qualified responses

KB Ready does not use survey responses to build public case studies without permission.

How information is stored

Responses may be stored in:

  • the website or form platform used to collect them
  • internal notes or spreadsheets used to review validation signals
  • email or communication tools used for reply and follow-up

Only information needed for research review, follow-up, and validation tracking is retained.

How long information is kept

Information is kept only as long as it is useful for the current validation cycle, follow-up conversations, or early pilot planning.

If you want your response or contact information removed, you can request deletion using the contact details below.

Sharing

KB Ready does not sell personal information.

Information may be processed by the tools used to run the site, forms, analytics, email, and internal tracking. Information may also be shared if required by law or to protect the project from abuse or misuse.

You can request that KB Ready:

  • confirm whether your contact details or response have been stored
  • correct inaccurate contact information
  • delete your response or contact details from active records
